- Order by 4pm for next day collection from our Spitalfields bakery.
- Kits are assembled on arrival - please allow 15 minutes.
- Bake at Home Kits have a two day shelf life from collection date.

Cancellation Window:
- Cancellations must be made by 10:00 AM on the day of collection to qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellations made after this time will not be eligible for a refund, as your order will already be in preparation.
How to Cancel:
- To cancel your order, please contact us directly via oldspitalfieldsmarket@humble-crumble.com. Make sure to include your order details for a smooth process.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method and may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
